The main challenge wasn't the product — it was the market. After presenting to VCs and business angels in Brussels, we realized the long-term opportunity was weaker than expected and the business model wasn't strong enough to sustain a venture-scale company.
result.
The project was ultimately closed, but it delivered two lasting lessons: how to apply AI to a real user problem from day one, and why solving a genuine pain point isn't enough if the market and model can't support it. That clarity pushed us to move fast and look for more scalable opportunities.
